Swan Lake, Classical Ballet Theatre — Berlin, Production by Testi Tajada

Tchaikovsky composed his first ballet, *Swan Lake*, in 1875–1876, based on the libretto by Vladimir Begichev and Vasily Geltzer. The work conveys the idea of goodness and true love triumphing over evil, centred on the "Swan Maiden" — a symbol of purity and femininity — and her beloved Siegfried, whose sincere love breaks the spell that has held her captive.
