Inspired by the Extremaduran region of Siberia, the homeland of choreographer Paloma Muñoz, *La Quijá*—a term referring to animal jawbones—is a piece that delves into memory, its voids, and the air currents that traverse them. It is a dance of resonances: of ghosts from the past and fantasies of the present. A search for common roots.
A journey inward, toward the substance dwelling in bones. Dancing from the marrow, pointing the sky with the jawbone and making it crackle.
