XII Cities Run Against Pancreatic Cancer – Alicante 2026

Join one of Spain’s most impactful solidarity sporting events — the XII Cities Run Against Pancreatic Cancer in Alicante, taking place on Sunday, 22 November 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Joaquín Villar Athletics Stadium.

Under the inspiring motto “We’re Getting Closer to the Finish Line”, this run embodies hope and tangible progress in tackling one of oncology’s most challenging cancers. Every kilometre covered — whether by running, walking, or cheering from the stands — directly fuels research: earlier detection methods, improved treatments, and better outcomes for patients.

All proceeds go entirely to fund the Carmen Delgado / Miguel Pérez-Mateo Research Grants, a joint initiative by the Spanish Pancreatic Cancer Association (ACANPAN), the Spanish Association of Pancreatologists (AESPANC), and the Spanish Association of Gastroenterology (AEG).
