Free!!! — An Anarcho-Apocalyptic Cabaret

### An Anarcho-Apocalyptic Cabaret

Studying the history of anarchism in Spain is a revolutionary pleasure. Discovering that the Social Revolution of 1936 was the most progressive proletarian power project ever realized—at least in what we call the West—is a breath of historical hope.

In the first third of the 20th century, libertarian women fought for women’s autonomy and freedom as a prerequisite for building a desirable and livable world. Others—more nocturnal, theatrical, the "sicalípticas"—brought a life of freedom to the stage, enacting it boldly in their actions and interludes.

Inspired by both groups—and seeking living models of liberty and vital audacity for today—**FREE!!!** was born.

With the rhythm and rhyme of an underground cabaret and a mass-oriented vocation, it revisits the history of our anarchist women—not only to crack open, but perhaps even topple, the present order.
