La Cubana — My Cousin's Kitchen

La Cubana returns to the stage with this “mad comedy” bearing a French title — *La cuisine de ma cousine* (“My Cousin’s Kitchen”) — a “culinary melodrama” made in true La Cubana style. This time, it invites us into the world of gastronomy, using all their signature “Cubanero” ingredients: humor, music, songs, vibrant color, rhythm, surprises, audience participation — and, on this occasion, deep local collaboration.

It draws us into the “gastronomic madness” that has gripped us all in recent years — a madness not only about eating well (even dishes “for small mouths”), but also about the need to “make an appearance”, so everyone knows what we’re eating and where.

We’re lucky: for several weeks, Teatre Principal will become the epicentre of world gastronomy.

And that’s as far as we’ll go…
