G5. Gabriel Bianco (Paris, 1988) is recognized as one of today's most outstanding classical guitarists. Winner of numerous international competitions—including the Guitar Foundation of America (USA, 2008) and the "Andrés Segovia" competition in Almuñécar (Spain, 2012)—he has performed concerts in over fifty countries across all continents and has released eight albums. In 2011, he was named Révélation Classique by ADAMI.

Initially trained by his father, he entered the Regional Conservatory of Paris in 1997 and in 2005 was unanimously admitted to the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris, where he earned First Prize in guitar in 2008 and in chamber music in 2015, both with jury commendations.

He has performed in internationally renowned venues such as the Théâtre du Châtelet, the Festival Radio-France Occitanie, Moscow's Tchaikovsky Hall, San Francisco's Herbst Theatre, the Central Conservatory of Beijing, Tokyo's Yamaha Hall, the Kyiv Philharmonic, Zurich Opera, and Lausanne Opera.

A passionate chamber musician, since 2012 he has been a member of the guitar quartet Éclisses, with which he has created numerous arrangements and recorded four albums for the Ad Vitam label. He regularly collaborates with artists such as Marina Viotti, Edgar Moreau, Maïté Louis, Mathilde Caldérini, Lola Descours, and Kévin Amiel, among others. In addition to his two solo albums—featuring works by Bach, Mertz, Koshkin, Da Milano, Scarlatti, Regondi, and Paganini—he has worked closely with contemporary composers including Sergio Assad, Karol Beffa, Camille Pépin, and Thomas Viloteau, premiering new works for solo guitar and chamber music.

Since 2018, he has served as professor of guitar at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, where he leads the classical guitar department and advanced instrumental instruction.
