**ARNAU MONCUNILL AGULLÓ**, violin
Began his musical training at the age of three under the guidance of violinist Anastasia Pylatiuk. At twelve, he made his debut as a soloist with the Alicante Provincial Youth Orchestra, touring Austria and the Netherlands. He has participated in the University of Alicante's Chamber Music Cycle and was selected for the "Young Talents" project organized by the Madrid Symphony Orchestra, performing at the National Auditorium. He is a member of the Generalitat Valenciana Youth Orchestra (JOGV) and the Young Symphony Orchestra of the Valencian Musical Societies Federation (FSMCV), and has collaborated with the Valencia Symphony Orchestra. He performs with various chamber ensembles, including "Camerata La Stravaganza".
In 2023, he took part in the MEDMUSIC FEST organized by the Mediterranean Foundation, performing Vivaldi’s "The Four Seasons." In 2024, he performed as soloist with the Alicante Provincial Youth Orchestra, playing Tchaikovsky’s "Violin Concerto in D major, Op. 35." That same year, he participated in the SERENATES Festival, co-produced by the University of Valencia and the Institut Valencià de Cultura, performing with the Valencia Symphony Orchestra.
He collaborated in the Star Gala 2024 held at the Teatro Principal in Alicante, alongside distinguished dancers from the Bayerisches Staatsballett and the Royal Swedish Ballet, performing violin works by Bazzini and Wieniawski. Recently, he gave a recital with pianist Jesús Gómez at the Real Casino de Alicante. As a soloist, he performed Mozart’s Violin Concerto No. 5 with the ESMAR High Performance Music School Orchestra at Villena’s Teatro Chapí and Torrent Auditorium.
He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Performance at the Higher School of High-Performance Music under professors Sebastian Müller and Anastasia Pylatiuk. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne under Francesco de Angelis.
**JESÚS MARÍA GÓMEZ**, piano
An Alicante-born pianist (1965), he studied piano in Spain with Miguel Baró, Ramón Coll, and Ana Guijarro, earning superior degrees in piano and chamber music with extraordinary academic honors. He completed his studies in Paris with Marian Ribicky and in Antwerp with Fréderic Gevers. He has won several national piano competitions and received first prize at the International French Music Competition in Paris in 1990. He has attended masterclasses with Lazar Berman, Alicia de Larrocha, Joaquín Soriano, Josep Colom, Luca Chiantore, Ramsi Yassa, Lev Vlasenco, Jacques Rouvier, Vlado Perlemuter, and Joaquín Achucarro.
Jesús Mª Gómez has performed in major concert halls across Spain and internationally—including France, USA, Belgium, Germany, Czech Republic, Turkey, Portugal, Russia, Hungary, Romania, Estonia, Egypt, Argentina, Vietnam, and Japan. Notable recordings include *El piano de Miguel Asins Arbó*, produced by the Polytechnic University of Valencia and distributed by Harmonia Mundi, and *Japan Live Recital*, a live recording from his 2000 Asian tour, released by KNS CLASSIC. For TVE’s Canal Clásico, he recorded six chamber music programs with Joaquín Franco and Pedro Iturralde; in 2010, he recorded Manuel de Falla’s *Nights in the Gardens of Spain* with the Alicante Symphony Orchestra, sponsored by Alicante City Council. In 2012, he completed the complete piano works of Valencian composer Joan Enric Canet for the label Audioart; in 2017, he released *Old Friends*, featuring piano works by Pedro Iturralde.
Holding a PhD in Education from the University of Alicante, he has been a full member of the Valencian Music Academy since 2017. Currently, he serves as Director and Professor of Piano at the Oscar Esplá Superior Conservatory of Music in Alicante and teaches in the Master’s Program in Musical Research and Performance at the institution.
