**CAPELLA DE MINISTRERS**
Founded in 1987 by Carles Magraner, Capella de Ministrers is a Spanish ensemble dedicated to the research and dissemination of historical music, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. Their work combines musicological rigor with sensitive and passionate interpretation, making them a leading reference in early music.
Throughout their career, they have performed in prestigious venues across Spain, including the National Auditorium and the Palau de la Música in Valencia, and participated in festivals such as the Granada International Festival of Music and Dance and the PeñÃscola Early and Baroque Music Festival. **CARLES MAGRANER**
Carles Magraner, a renowned Spanish viola da gamba player and musicologist, is the founder and director of Capella de Ministrers since 1987. His career has focused on researching, recovering, and promoting historical musical heritage, emphasizing academic rigor and period-instrument performance.
Under his leadership, Capella de Ministrers has become a benchmark in early music, performing repertoires from the Middle Ages to the 19th century. They have toured internationally in countries such as France, Germany, Italy, the USA, China, and Morocco, performing at major festivals and concert halls including the BachFestival in Leipzig and the Metropolitan Museum in New York.
