ZENET returns to the stage with a concert presenting live her new album *The Voice and the Hands* — her most intimate work since *The Seas of China*. At its core lies the essence of song and the genres that have shaped her life. Throughout her career, ZENET has proven herself a true genre “thief”: evoking tangos, hinting at bossas, flirting with bolero or chanson. In this new work, she fully immerses herself in each of them — not quoting them, but inhabiting them.

Bolero, tango, bossa nova, folk — all rendered in pure, sincere sound: real instruments, voice front-and-centre, no digital artifice. A new album born as a tribute to José Taboada, her late musical partner — absent in person, yet powerfully present on this journey, with stops at memory, roots, and artisanal sound.
