ZENET returns to the stage with a concert presenting their new album *The Voice and the Hands* — their most intimate work since *The Seas of China*. At its core lies the essence of songwriting and the musical genres that have shaped the band’s artistic journey. Throughout their career, ZENET has been celebrated as a true genre “thief”: evoking tango, hinting at bossa nova, flirting with bolero and chanson. In this new album, however, they fully immerse themselves in each style—not quoting them, but *inhabiting* them.

Bolero, tango, bossa nova, folk — all resonate in pure, sincere sound: real instruments, voice front-and-center, and no digital artifice.

The album was born as a tribute to José Taboada, ZENET’s late musical partner — absent in person, yet profoundly present throughout this journey. Its sonic path winds through memories, roots, and artisanal sound: music crafted by hand, with intention and soul.

This is not just an album you listen to — it’s one you *feel*. And this concert is more than a performance: it’s a sonic journey embracing the past and bringing it vividly into the present, with ZENET at its most vulnerable, expressive, and powerful on stage.
