ZENET returns to the stage with a concert presenting her new album *The Voice and the Hands* — her most intimate work since *The Seas of China*. Centered on the essence of song and the genres that have shaped her life, this album marks a deep dive into musical roots. Throughout her career, ZENET has been a true genre “thief”: suggesting tangos, hinting at bossa nova, flirting with bolero or chanson. In this new work, she doesn’t merely reference these styles — she inhabits them fully. Bolero, tango, bossa nova, folk — all rendered in pure, sincere sound: real instruments, voice at the forefront, no digital artifice.

This new album is born as a tribute to José Taboada, her late musical partner — absent in person, yet deeply present in this journey. It passes through memories, roots, and artisanal sound. An album that isn’t just heard — it’s *felt*.
