ZENET returns to the stage with a concert presenting their new album *The Voice and the Hands* — their most intimate record since *The Seas of China*. Focused on the essence of song and the genres that have shaped their musical life, this work marks a deep dive into their artistic roots. Throughout their career, ZENET has been a true genre “thief”: evoking tango, hinting at bossa nova, flirting with bolero and chanson. In this new album, they no longer allude — they *inhabit* each genre fully.

Bolero, tango, bossa nova, folk — pure, sincere sound built exclusively with acoustic instruments and unprocessed voices, free of digital artifice. The album emerged as a tribute to José Taboada, their late musical partner — absent in person, yet powerfully present throughout this journey, with stops along memory, heritage, and handcrafted sound. This is not merely an album to be heard — it’s one to be *felt*.
