Private Security Day Alicante is an annual in-person event that brings together professionals, experts, and the general public to explore key topics shaping today’s private security industry. In 2026, it will take place in central Alicante and serve as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, live demonstrations of cutting-edge security technologies—including AI-powered video analytics, biometric access control, smart perimeter systems, and IoT-integrated monitoring—as well as informed discussions on EU regulatory frameworks, data privacy, and ethical standards in private security.

Organised by the Valencian Association of Private Security Companies (AVESPRO) and the Alicante City Council, with support from the Valencian Regional Government’s Directorate General for Internal Affairs, the event features keynote speeches by representatives from Spain’s Guardia Civil and Ministry of the Interior, hands-on workshops on crisis response and cybersecurity for security personnel, and an interactive exhibition showcasing innovations from over 40 national and international firms.
