Alicante Celebrates a Grand Christmas 2025–2026: Over 60 Free Events for the Whole Family!

Alicante, December 12, 2025 — The city of Alicante is already immersed in a magical Christmas atmosphere! From November 21, 2025, to January 5, 2026, the city council has prepared an extraordinary official program, "Navidad Alicante 2025–2026," featuring over 60 free events with lights, music, traditions, and entertainment for all ages.

Key events not to miss:

• November 21 — Official lighting of Christmas decorations on Avenida de la Constitución (7:00 PM)
• November 23 — Inauguration of the monumental Nativity scene at Ayuntamiento Square (7:00 PM)
• November 26–27 — Nativity scenes in the neighborhoods of La Montañeta and Zaguán
• November 28 – January 18 — Christmas market at Rabassada
• November 29 – December 24 — Santa's Grotto at Plaza Séneca
• November 30 – January 7 — Children’s Christmas market at Plaza Séneca
• December 4 — Nativity play by Junta Mayor and a grand Christmas concert at the San Nicolás Cathedral
• December 6 — Saint Nicholas Parade and the entry of "Moors and Christians"
• December 13 — Charity event Papa-Noëlada (toy collection)
• December 13–14 — Christmas carol competition on Avenida de la Constitución
• December 14 — Navi Fitness — a sports Christmas show at Explanada de España (Concha de la Explanada)
• December 17 — Grand Christmas concert at the San Nicolás Cathedral
• December 18–21 — Nadal bonfires at Plaza Montañeta
• December 22 — Christmas swim Traversía de Navidad at Postiguet Beach
• December 26 — Charity San Silvestre run along Rambla promenade
• December 26 – January 4 — Royal Postmen at Plaza Gabriel Miró
• December 31 — Children's cotillion (10:30 AM) and New Year's Eve party through the night at Rambla and Portal de Elche
• January 4 — Grand Cavalcade of the Three Wise Kings: port arrival (5:00 PM), main parade through the city center (7:00 PM)
