New Marina for Mega-Yachts to Be Built in Alicante Port

Spain's Supreme Court has approved the construction of a second marina in the port of Alicante. The project is being carried out with the involvement of international operator D-Marin and includes the development of modern berths for mega-yachts, as well as commercial infrastructure featuring shops and restaurants. This long-awaited development will be a significant milestone for the region, enhancing the city's tourism potential for decades to come.
In addition to berths, the plan includes commercial buildings with retail spaces, co-working areas, and restaurants. Construction is expected to take approximately 18 months.
